As of the time of this post, I could not find a male cover in the top 200. Being the manly man that I am, I admit to voting for a hot female cover over (almost) any dude's cover. That being said, this causes an unfair chance of any male characters receiving any type of award... possibly ever.

 

Still 5 days left for the voting to end, so we will have to revisit this topic then. But if no male characters finish in the top 100, then adjustments may need to be made in the game.

Since the awards are voted on you can't really apply any bias since everyone votes the way they do for different reasons. 

 

I would like to see hard work rewarded more than random luck of how often your cover gets shown as an option. 

 

Once you figure in how often your cover gets shown with how often it is actually selected to be voted on, it seems more of a competition of randomness than players actually working for their ranking.....but that is just my personal opinion.

Totally agree with this, I've voted for as many guys as I can.

The amount of people who appear to have not even adjusted their cover (title covering faces, just wearing normal clothes etc)

Here I am changing my outfit to try and match the title and it's not even winning me votes.

 

But yeah people will always vote for females they look better, only time I have voted for males is if it's a studio I dislike as the other option, voted for Fingerman once because he's in my studio or the other cover has the face covered by the title because they are too lazy to adjust it

I've had no problems with the title covering my faces, there are other options, at the bottom or the side.

That's my point, it looks like 80% of the movies I have seen people have just left the cover with whatever the RNG gives them rather than actually trying to make a good looking cover.

It actually has. Maybe not you,. but others do check to see if outfit/background fits movie done.

Have you done a survey of the men playing the game to see if they are voting only for women? There are many female toons run by men and I am betting they are voting for the boobs not the abs

A bit sad, 5 porn videos and none of them are in top 1,000 

The female character has the upperhand in this game but yeah, I would also vote for the females but I vote for the male characters a lot to help them.

I'll vote for anyone, guys, girls, whoever comes up.

 

I try to focus on the guys because I feel that they are left out a bit.

 

I will not vote for players who have attacked me on a daily basis.

Also noticed that vast majority of Zero votes are also male. So if argument that mostly female players, they should also dominate the least amount of votes. As in that there are more females to garner less of the votes.
