I have a couple of missiles that are only 86 and 160 damage and I say ONLY because now I am getting missiles that are 304 and 308 damage and higher.

 

Should I use up the lower damage missiles or sell them?

 

Also I know that a missile has an affect when I win a fight but does it have any affect when I am being attacked?

I'd suggest using them all.

I suggest always selling the stack of missiles when there's 10 or less left  

And I do believe it effects defense as well.
