For example:
You got your new item and it is in +20 but it arranges your skills the way you don't want them to be. In this case you use washing machine. It saves this +20 but arranges your skills differently...
So, the item itself doesn't change. The only thing WM does is changing the order of skills that particular item carries...

How does the washing machine work? It says to redistribute attributes and I'm just clueless to how this works.
