I've had this idea for a little while, and I went and wrote down some notes to try to figure out a proper suggestion, so here goes...
It's about the Jobs area of the game - it's nice to get notes from it, but it's really simple and doesn't much 'do' anything, you just collect from it and go play in the other areas of the game. Also while it's cute having all the different descriptions that happen randomly, it feels a bit weird when you're level 200+ and doing all the missions in the high areas about making your own films and being a porn celebrity, but in the jobs screen you're still washing cars and delivering pizza. So I tried to think of something that could update that area.
What I thought of was to have four different 'sections' of the screen (like how there are different parts of the Studio screen), one for each of your four stats: Strength, Stamina, Charisma, and Finesse. All four of them accumulate notes the way the current jobs screen does, and you can collect from whichever one you want at any time, but when you collect from one, all four reset to zero and start accumulating again. So far just like current jobs.
The new bit is, in each of those areas, when you collect enough times, they 'level up' and add a small bonus to the stat they're linked to. Like say you only do Strength jobs for a while, collect maybe 500,000 notes (in total, not all at once) from that section, you level Strength Jobs up to level 1, and now you get +1% to your Strength stat. Then after you get another maybe 1.5 million notes from Strength, you go to level 2, and get +2%. Also, when you level up, the descriptions of the jobs you're doing change, so when you're doing jobs at a higher level the jobs are more fancy - a level 0 Strength job might be just 'give a friend a poledance lesson', a level 5 Strength job could be 'do advertising for a sexy gym', you're more of a celebrity so the jobs get better.
Also that means you could concentrate on particular stats, same as putting points in on the character screen: you can collect from one type of job all the time, and level that job section up high for a higher bonus quickly, or you can collect from a different job each time and slowly level them all up, taking longer to get higher bonuses but you get them on all stats.
It could even combine with the idea people have had for custom rooms: the jobs screen is your home office, you have a weights bench and pole in one area (Strength), a bunch of posters and merchandise on a desk (Stamina, for doing appearances at expos and signing stuff), a webcam area (Charisma), and a closet and toy shelves (Finesse, all about looking stylish). And each one starts out really basic, but gets nicer as you level it up, like the different graphics for areas of the studio screen. So at level 0 your Strength area is just a couple of weights sitting on the floor, but at high level it's a full workout bench and a hot muscle guy (or girl) personal trainer standing there to help you work out. And also like the studio you could have alternate graphics available to buy with diamonds, if you wanted a different theme or whatever - like dungeon themed, or sci fi, or hippy. And then that screen is the background of your Character screen, so everyone can see it when they look at your character.
