Have you submitted a support ticket? There have been some issues with login errors for the advent calendar. I am not sure if that is the issue you're having or not. I am moving this to suggestions and discussions since it's not really a game play question.

I submitted a ticket and I am having a similar problem in which my code does not work when I type it in-game. I'm not sure whatever server I'm in either is there a way to check?

To check what server you're on you can click on the wrench in the bottom right and it should show what server you're currently signed into.
