So YET again my hand jerked whilst hitting "refine item" in the shop and it got "washed" instead, THIS time costing me roughly 1k skill points.
Cant the devs fit an option like they have in the "refine item" section to simply KEEP the pre washed status to solve this simple situation?
Yes i submitted a report in the hopes they can undo said wash

Whilst undoing that specific instance might not be possible (although other games with vastly higher numbers are able to do it)
WHY is it not possible to program in an "are you sure" option just like there is for the refining?. THAT lets you choose 1 of the 2 replacement options OR keep the 1 you ALREADY have.
Seems like a simple bit of coding to me to rejig the refining line to fit the washing version
