Happy Easter from BBE Management.    Not only do they give us triple energy, 3 Conventions, and 200 fight missions to complete but for an "extra" goodie in our basket we get treated to an entire day of insufferable lagging.

 

Please monitor and fix your game and stop worrying about creating more and more new servers when you can't fix/support the existing ones.

And a day later the lag still isn't fixed. What gives Devs? Are you trying to drive players away from the game?

Have just sent support ticket on lagging issue.

Had the following response from Support re lagging issue:

 

"We are aware of the problem reported. We are currently working on fixing this issue, however at this time we are unable to provide a timeframe for it being fixed. Thank you for your patience.

 

We are truly sorry for the inconvenience and we hope you enjoy our game."

That is the standard response I got on many other issues. Translation: "Go F... yourself, buy diamonds in the meantime if you want to finish the Event and don't bother us!" 

It's three days now the game is unplayable but they couldn't care less, or they already vanished with the profit of the new servers..

lol You know with it been Easter and Easter monday, they want to be with family lol It seems to be fixed now after these Easter festivity days

About time it was fixed .. how many of us sent in Tickets ... quite a few I think !!!
