I tried searching the nets for an answer, no luck. 

Did not find info in the forum to help resolve.

Have not gone the ticket route yet. I know players are well versed with this game and will have tips to fix.

 

I do not see the birds on the birds eye view map. 

I have waited there for five minutes or more.

I checked the setting in game and set that a low, many, high under game settings/general/animations.

I also used the game on my IPhone and the birds were still elusive. 

 

Any tips on what to do to make the birds show up?

Isn't possible to get that anymore since the html switch needed to be done. So nobody can get the Pokemaster title anymore who still needed to get it

I think titles that can no longer be acquired the traditional way should either have an alternate method to acquire them OR given to players after a certain amount of time in the game or reaching a certain level.

Use the windows version. The Birds are still flying around there. :-)
