First job: write a support ticket, as we can't help you on the forum. We cannot check your account from here, nothing.
Secondly: if you have changed studio during this temple, you cannot score points until next temple starts; fight missions in movies do not count.

Did you join a studio after the start of the current temple? If you join after a temple starts, you points won't count but you will get any rewards for wherever the studio finishes in the standings.
What is your player name in UK1?
