It seems like it's broken. Every time after reloading a game it resets all progresses.

So my completed tasks for this event just got reset to zero.  I lost credit for the washing machine, duels and all the other things I completed in the last 4 hours.  I put in a ticket for it.

A lot of tickets came in, we have escalated it, as UK has not been the only server with the same issue (Turkey and France are confirmed as well). We hope the devs can implement a "save" function asap.

 

Once we have an update, we will inform you.

You are of course entitled to your opinion and for sure you won't be alone, though we are very sure there are plenty of people that also enjoy events. Therefor we are trying to get it fixed.

Hope they do fix It, but people have already lost what they've done in it, will they get that back, No of course they won't

Well, you can spend diamonds, get a reward, refresh the page - voila! You have this task renewed.

What are a bunch of us to do that had already done our washes before the issue was fixed?  I am not happy with having to spend 10 diamonds per player to complete an easy task.  7 washes in 7 days...can't skip a day.   

 

Please either credit us with at least 1 wash or change the # needed from 7 to 5.

 

Do I need to do a ticket on this since I am asking for EVERYONE not just me.

I think it should be stopped and started again from the very beginning tomorrow.

The problem has been solved. No changes have been made in the requirements at this point. To my understanding, only the washes are unfair, and should be dropped to 6 to make it diamond-free for most players.

Everything is unfair! Those who play only now have 7 days, rest get only 6. It affects temple, PVP etc.

I'm not gonna spend 10 diamonds for it. F* that!  

It's way too many events and specials anyway. One after another. We never had a full "normal" week in this year.  

Just cancel the whole thing and never bring it back. Nobody asked for this event and with skill & panda temple nobody needs it either.

It won't be pulled out. Just about everyone got affected 1 way or the other, and that includes all servers and timezones across the game. If you don't want to participate, then simply don't. Remember, participating in an event or anything on the game, is your own choice

At the end of the day, playata gets their way once again with fat pocket by giving diamond spenders another advantage. Greed for profit is what they are all about. Sad!

To tell the truth , im boycotting this event mostly , im not looking for metals, not doing washes , and not looking to do movies unless there real good rewards like skills , could have done a movie on a special set this morning but done a 2 1/2 movie for 4 skills . I pity anyone that used diamonds and cant afford to do it again .

I'll finish the duels, movies & energy, but not for the event, gold medals are rarer then rocking horse poo.

 

Stupid having an Olympic event when the Olympics were cancelled, should have done same with event

Yet another BUG  and everyone suffers , the time, especially Diamonds used etc ... 

It's upsetting for all , but really Dparadise   when players participate , yes , our own choice and we should be be treated fairly

a lil compensation would help to ease the pains of various Bugs in this Game :)

We are very sorry for what happened and that it requires now having to spend.

 

Please don't hesitate to submit tickets about it, so that we can evaluate what can be done to fix the whole issue (yes, I have submitted my personal request for that yesterday).
