Please can someone tell us when the mobile version will be running again as currently not working at all
The game does not load neither on iPhones or iPads

Hi, the temporary solution has been posted in the update-thread.

 

Please for the time being use Puffin browser in iOS, this will allow you to be able to play.

Thanks for the reply I downloaded the browser and still not able to play neither on iPhone or iPad ....

If Puffin does not work on your device, I am afraid we have no other solution for you. you will need to use another device, probably with a full browser that supports flash.

Puffin is very data intensive. It’s not a mobile solution and is only really playable if on WiFi, and even then it’s hot garbage. iOS mobile players have no way to play right now.

Puffin is not a solution and if this isn’t fixed soon you will start losing players.

Why is it so difficult to actually test these things before you roll them out? Twice in the last few months they have broken the mobile website with new content implementations.

Do not implement them in the future until you have flash/android/iOS users all covered.

I totally get the frustration and annoyance, and believe me, if I knew an answer, I'd instantly give it. At this point I'm still in the dark.

 

I'm thinking other browsers that might help, but since I don't have much with iOS (Sorry, I don't believe one should install a program to transfer mp3's to a phone), I'm a bit in the dark myself. 

I did find the following article: Top4 browsers with iOS flash and personally I think VirtualBrowser for Firefox

looks not bad? 

 

I also read something about Frash? Not sure if that's still alive.

 

I'm just trying to think along, to the best I can. Just remember, I'm nothing but a messenger that wants to help to the utmost I can, even with thinking 'out of the box'.

Hi Paradise
What’s the name of the app in apple store? I can’t find one available and I posted on the BBE Facebook page the error it comes up when trying to log in using the FB option .... pretty much states
“ either this application has not configured its Mobile Web URL or the URL could not be verified as owned by the application. “

Ah, you are via Facebook on iOS. I know directly on iOS it should be working now. I honestly don't own a iOS device myself, so only know things through hear-say. If the issue persists when using facebook, you may want to unlink your account from facebook, so that it will work. To unlink, you can see how to do it here: Unlink from social media

 

I will ask if the facebook part for iOS is also looked at.

Facebook has informed us this issue should be soon fixed, but if you have issues accessing your account and wish a manual unbind, if you send in a ticket, the devs can arrange this for you. Support can be found here Don't forget to set language, so you can select your server :)
