As I've gone up in levels I've found that I rarely do the fourth and final refresh.

 

Not only is time a factor in this but it is now costing me over 50k in notes.

 

I know that there is no way that I'll make that back.

 

Opinions?

agreed, once missions start costing too much the only value might be experience if that's your interest? I even now only do a few refreshes

Yeah, I'm level 120 in UK1 and level 69 (great number) in UK2 and the final refreshes are just too much unless I've got extra notes.

The 4th refresh does cost a lot but I use it every day. Getting cash in the game is easy enough to offset the final loss though once or twice ive made more back than it cost. The real benefit of the final refresh is to give more missions to do the weekly or daily task reward jobs and to get more of the dickstarter jobs done.

I make a profit every time. That is probably due to my skills oriented approach. I look for lots of notes as a matter of course. Other playstyles may lose notes. *shrug*

If you'd like to make a 'profit' on the invested cash (aside from XP, possible skillpoints, ballots and perhaps the party ticket?), you could hunt for missions that give an item reward. You can sell the trash ones, and get back more reward. Plus the xp will be lower on those missions, so less leveling up. Just so you know, my first refill already almost costs that much, so you're in for a treat lol.
