Well. At least I am relived I am not the only one who is having issues with the Advent Calendar. Say's I need to log into forum when I am already logged in. how else can I be replying to this post. So I can't collect day 2nd.

Hi DF, welcome to the forums...
Well. At least I am relived I am not the only one who is having issues with the Advent Calendar. Say's I need to log into forum when I am already logged in. how else can I be replying to this post. So I can't collect day 2nd.
There seems to be an issue where it asks us to "log in" again, (erroneously when we are already logged in), if we try to grab the daily code before a certain hour. What hour that is might be different for everyone as we are all across the globe.
It may be safe to say you will be able to grab the code after 12pm your local time, but I have not been able to confirm this. I am going to practice it and post an update when I know more.

Hi Tara,
Well the game is a Uk one. It runs on a Uk time zone. So Irrespective what time zone a player is on, they should be able to collect the code. The Advent calendar should have been running on the same timezone as the game. I mean why complicate that ? All players know what time does the game Renew.
I did try to get my code yesterday, it would not work for me. its annoying for to get your treat for the day. you could say that made me a Grumpy Foxz. Thanks for your reply. will move on from my ranting.

Getting the advent calendar synched to server time has been passed along as a suggestion.
Splash, since I don't know your local time, I can't say. 9am local time for me is 2 hours after the first fight slot, if that helps you. But there is something funny with local time, YMMV.

My local timezone Day 3 doesn't happen until another 4.5 hours from now in Texas. But in UK it is already Day 3 for the game.
That's not to say what time of day the FORUM is calculating.
I've already tried to grab my Day 3 code in the forum and it reminded me that it is not Day 3 yet. So I guess I will try again later.
So, Day 3 won't be ready until tomorrow after noon?

When you click on the Advent calendar for your Gift. it shows u what gift u have got. there is a code that u have to copy. you go into the game and use the code in your coupon slot. u then get your rewards for the Day.

I was able to grab my Day 3 code in the 9AM hour (it may have been available earlier), without being asked to LOG IN again. I'm in the Central Timezone US.

I can't get today's advent calendar prize AGAIN!!!! It keeps asking me to log in and I'M ALREADY LOGGED IN! WHAT IS GOING ON????

You need to wait until roughly 9am local time before the calendar becomes active.
It will ask you to login again if the application is not actually available to you before that.

Day 5 and i'm still not abble to collect any of the gifts at any hour of the day. I'm doing the same as the rest of my studio but always get an answer that the code is invalide

If you are getting the right codes for the right days, and they are coming up Invalid during redemption, I suggest opening a Support Ticket.
Give the the Support staff the code and the prize you should have gotten so they can investigate.
