I just got a message from BBE about a game two?

Seems like they are opening a second server (UK2) we are UK1 so should be business as usual unless you want to start a second toon on the new server

I don't think that you can, it said one email address and it pre registered me as SindyXtreme but what happens to this BBE?

Hmm..I only play the Android app and it didn't let me join. And if it's only a second world then I wonder if they let you keep your level and studio. Otherwise what's the point of moving?

The rule about multi-accounting means 1 'toon', 1 server... you can play on each, they are only giving current players a chance to 'reserve' their character name in advance so that no one else gets it...

And if someone is using an app how do they get into it?

I reserved my name as well. You can play on both servers but just keep in mind nothing from UK1 will go to UK2 with you. You will be starting over on the new server. Consider the 2 servers like two separate games, one will not change the other.

 

 

Once the new server launches when you log into the app you should have a drop down to choose UK1 or UK2.

both servers will be active, you can change between servers on mobile, I'm sure... if you play on a PC of some type, just open a new tab/window...

I usually play on a desktop via Facebook (I use the browser version as well on iPad and iPhone)

 

So a new start and paying out more diamonds for another studio?

 

Any new features?

 

Because if it's exactly the same as UK1 what would be the point?

The servers will be the same as far as game play and features. Usually when a server reaches a certain number of players a new server is created. 

 

And yes if you wanted a studio of your own on UK2 it would mean starting a new one there same as you have on UK1.

So what is the point of having two games that are exactly the same? Unless they are considering deleting server UK1 which wouldn't be good so I'm trying to see the point in this and I'm not getting very far.

Oh no UK1 isn't going anywhere. In my experience the only reason to play both servers is if you just really love the game and want to play on the other server as well.  I play all three US servers on HZ and most days I want to scream cause I can't get everything done on all three.   .......but I am addicted to HZ and BBE so I may casually play UK2 but playing more than one server is not for everyone.

 

 

The new server is just to make room for more growth in BBE.

Because that would be a waste of time .... literally.

Best way I can explain it is like this........Lots of online games will have more than one server and the reason is to give you a better gaming experience.  The more players you have on a server the more resources needed to keep the game running smoothly without lag etc, Once a server reaches a certain capacity a new server is created to take on new players so that both servers and all players can have a reliable, stable gaming experience.  Eventually we could have a UK3 if we keep growing.

This is how I see it.

 

Like many people I don't have a lot of money to spend on studio upgrades but I get by as it is now.

 

Not everyone can pay out lots of money for studio upgrades and I would just stick to my one studio.

 

Yes big gamers may love it but personally I don't see the point if it's the same.

 

And I'm a daily player.

 

You don't even get to change your name and even if you could it's just a duplicate game.

 

Simply my opinion.

It makes it sound as though the server is overcrowded and if that's the case then why recruit players from UK1 to UK2?

I think it was meant more as a chance for us to reserve our names on the new server rather than to recruit. Since we play UK1 we were given that chance before the server opens.  You can have any name you want on the new server once it opens but if you registered your name already keep in mind you'll need to delete that one if you want to register with a different name. We can only have 1 toon per server.

sorry, I meant if you pre-registered sindyxtreme but want to use another name you would need to sign into UK2 (When it opens- server is not open yet) and delete the SindyXreme character then register again with the new name so you would only have 1 toon on the sever.
