Okay, for the high sum of 399 diamonds WTF is a Bum Smack Of Re-Education?

It's marked Epic and Special and WTF is it?

It will allow you to reset your skill points. It is helpful if you feel your stats are not balanced or too heavy in one area. You can reset them to the build you want.

 

 

I have not had one appear in my store as of yet and they are kind of rare so when I do I plan to buy it and put it in storage to use later.
