The game clock automatically adjusts for your timezone, and the updates are issued every Tuesday (GMT)... just watch for the local time your update occurs and it will usually occur around that same time each week...

Does anyone know when the update is? I'm in Australia and I'm not sure if the timezones are the same.

I don't know of a specific time but usually it seems to happen around 2-3 AM EST
