Can you buy with a debit card and no bank account? I've tried several of the buying options and ended up nowhere. And yes I have enough money and tried the lowest option but still didnt work.

Not sure how you have a debit card without a bank account.....prepaid card perhaps?
I think that the question was more aimed at how to buy diamonds. I'm from Australia so I just use my debit card which isn't the case here.
Can anyone help with this?

Honestly I think you can link your prepaid debit card to a Paypal account and purchase them that way. I've known others that did that in other games to help curb their spending.

Honestly I think you can link your prepaid debit card to a Paypal account and purchase them that way. I've known others that did that in other games to help curb their spending.
You can't activate the paypal account without a bank account tho. They send you small amounts of money 2 times and you have to fill in the amount of money they've sent you to complete the activation.
@OP: out of curiosity, is there a reason why you don't have a bank account?

Yes you can. I currently have a Paypal account without being linked to my bank account. It's only linked to my debit card.

I tried to have a paypal but before I put a debit card they got suspicious for NO REASON. They asked for a lot of things to prove who I am and didnt accept the things I offered. Their dead to me. I already closed my account and I'm not going back to them. Any other ways?

Yes you can pay with a credit or debit card. You will click on the second option that looks like a yellow card and complete your purchase from there. 
If your card isn't working there may be an issue with the card issuer. Is the transaction being declined? My recommendation would be to contact your card issuer and if the problem isn't on their end you may need to open a support ticket.
