My boosters were supposed to last until the 15th of October but I had to top them up today.

 

This is always happening ..... why?

Your boosters are only good for a week at a time (if they're the diamond boosters) and once a week goes by you have the option to extend them another week past the original end date.   They're not expiring.

I use the second pack, not the diamond pack.

I'm timing it next time because it said 15th of October but I had to top it up yesterday.

Time it all you like, but today WAS 4 days until the 15th of October, meaning your boosters weren't expired.  The first 4 days merely ran out and it was giving you the option to extend the already existing ones.

Sindy if you do find they are expiring early then you may need to open a support ticket but as stated above the boosters paid for by notes are 4 days and diamond boosters are 7 days.
