When dealing with this kind of issue, the best solution is to contact the support team. Open a ticket and explain your problem (you can also take some screenshots).

That'd be something to put in a suggestion area for future updates to the game as it is a bug. With that said, they did an update within the last couple days and I can see all members of our studio which has 12 members (and hoping for more active ones every day!)
