This may seem like a silly suggestion. However I would love it anyway. I would love to know the languages a player speaks. It would also be wonderful to know the country where the player is from (however the country might be more of a private issue). It could someday be a simple option to either "opt-in" or "opt-out" to declare the languages that a player speaks. I would also enjoy as a boss or producer to have the option to sort members of the studio by their languages (though I know some players may have multiple languages).

Well, since I speak two languages and I am very active exchanging messages with other players, I am all for it! Great suggestion!
