I did a search and I didn't find anything. Is there a list of trophies somewhere along with descriptions and how they benefit studios and/or players? I don't know much about them.

There are 2 types of Trophies.  Courage and Energy.  Trophies are a benefit and a handicap. Courage trophies allow studio players to make more Duel Attacks per hour, and Energy Trophies give you more Energy to play the game. Each trophy also handicap's a team 10% on basic skill, your Studio will be 10% weaker with each trophy you win, A studio with 4 trophies is 40% weaker with 4 trophies.

 

To see what the attributes of a trophy are  you can either go to the Studio Ranks and find a studio with a trophy and hover over with your mouse and it will show how many and what attributes the trophies have for that studio. You can also find this information in a Studio Page by clicking on Stats and Trophies, and reading the trophy descriptions.

 

This is why you will see a constant rise and fall in the ranks for most studios, You win and become weak and lose to get strong.

Player rewards are given for studio fights but no rewards are given for trophy wins or loses. Many studio's have Centurion Players, these are players who have won 100 Trophies but it is not rewarded by system and is celebrated as a personal accomplishment.
