I buy diamonds to use updating my studio but sometimes I will try some of the offers to earn diamonds so that I can use those within the game.

 

My complaint is: While some of the offers have been very successful - other offers have not worked and if people are going to spend the time to earn diamonds then the offer should be rewarded.

any offer you completed that did not pay up should be reported in a ticket to game support
