I play BBE via android device.
Today I just have problem that when I back to play again in missions mode. There is start to vote big bang awards then this app force to close. So I restart again but it is still like and can not play in this mode.( In other modes such as Movie, Duel, Shop etc., I can play & do not have any problems.) Last time I play missions mode today, I can not remember that I vote or still not vote for big bang awards from last ticket.)

 

So about play via pc computer. I can not tell admin that have same problem now because I am away from my pc.

Has your studio Boss been inactive? Is it prompting for a vote for a new Boss? If this continues please submit a ticket to support.

I am boss in the studio.

Then if restarting the app does not fix the issue I would open a ticket for support.

I delete and install BBE android app. But still have this problem.

I've had instances where I am in a duel that the mobile app won't finish. If you can log onto a pc it may fix the issue. Definitely contact support if it continues.

I am now on the bus back to my home.
That is take 3-4 hours. ( I have to do my job in another province today.)
If my play via PC still like this I will tell again. Thanks for your kindness.

Just back to my home and play via PC. That's back be normal. Can vote and continue. Thanks

Good to hear all is  resolved, maybe Android and Flash are in different studio's...sometimes they fight.
