I think I'm going to go with #2 as the lie cause to absolutely hate everything Twilight is a bit hard to believe ( I mean there is at least some nice eye candy in the films)

You're right on 2. I am completely indifferent to the whole Twilight business (I haven't even bothered to read the books since they aren't meant for me and I pretty much know that I would not enjoy them). I just don't care enough to hate them!

Lie to Me: Music Edition

1.) My absolute favorite female country artist is Carrie Underwood.

2.) I have watched every single episode of American Idol even the ones with Nicki Minaj and Mariah Carey as judges.

3.) I once walked almost two miles for a Blink- 182 CD mainly because of the risque pictures on the cover and hoping for some nice ones on the booklet inside unfortunately no nudity like in their music video "What's my age again?". I was hoping for some unblurred pics cause I thought one member was kinda cute.

I'm not good in guessing it seems   But I'm guessing the 3rd one. They all can be like true, but I'm thinking the 3rd could be the lie.

Nope I did walk about 2 miles to get that CD.

The lie was #2 I have seen almost all American Idol episodes but missed a few of the auditions at the beginning of Kelly Clarkson's season but have watched all 15 seasons.

Lie to Me: Movie Edition

1.) I am a huge horror fan. One of my favorite newer horror movies is Saw and I have seen every one at least once. My favorite obviously being the 1st because if that wasn't good who would have watched the others.

2.) I am a Potterhead. I have read every book excluding the stage play and Pottermore adaptations and have seen all the films associated with them.

3.) One of my favorite songs comes from live film adaptation of Casper with Christina Richie. "Remember me this way" is the song by Jordan Hill if anyone wants to take a listen.

I actually do love horror and have seen a good amount of the Saw series but not everyone so you are correct.

All right Gaming lies! 

 

 

1; I like to keep old gaming consoles that I don't ever use.

2: I don't play that many games anymore, but I occasionally get obsessively childish. Roleplaying with a bunch of awesome characters (my badly scarred, kickass Chinese female sniper is a true hero of humanity!) in XCOM2 is one such relatively recent example.

3. I have a great attraction to certain "girl-friendly games". Long live the queen!

I see #1 as true I do the same thing. Some of them not sure if they work still. #2 has good detail to it and if you like role playing games which aren't usually too girl friendly that would make #3 a lie.

So #3 as the lie... how'd I do?

I actually like "girl friendly games" (Like "Long live the queen!"). I do love roleplaying in general, and there is something magical about the character customization in certain games (like XCOM2).

 

I have never owned a gaming console in my life (I guess I am part of that "PC master race" minus the contempt for people who like consoles... "Whatever floats your boat" is my basic worldview)

 

Okay! Another gaming special!

 

 

1. My favorite all time female game character is Elaine Marley(-Threepwood). If there is any character of any game I would love to be it would be her (yes, I find Guybrush an adorable husband  . Why can't men IRL be like Guybrush...?)

2.  When I play violent games where your characters can die, I am a bit of a bitch that doesn't care.   Think of the sort of King Edward Longshanks in Braveheart shooting arrows into his own men just because he doesn't give a fiddle.  That's me in a nutshell when I'm commanding troops in Valkyria Chronicles, XCOM, or any number of other violent games. 

3. Some years back I have to my shame and horror found a rather ugly porn game (a real porn game, not BBE  ) strangely compelling and addictive.

#1 seems too specific to be a lie along with #2 but you could just be a really good liar. I'm gonna actually go against my gut feeling and say #2 is the lie even though it is nicely detailed. I was gonna go with #3 but changed my mind as I was typing.

So #2 as the lie.

1: Yeah, I do love Elaine so much (her role in the last game was just soooo awesome)

3: To my shame, there was a really weird and bizarre Grand Theft Auto like porn game I played for way more than could be justified... for some reason, despite being an objectively bad game.

 

2 is absolutely false, a total lie. I am the worst when it comes to losing characters, and I am the kind of person who can reload a save (here's looking at you XCOM2) half a dozen times to make sure that not one of my soldiers die. And let's not talk about the horror of permanently losing a single soldier of your precious little company in Valkyria Chronicles throughout that war... Yeah, I am the worst person you want to use to argue in favor of having women in the military... If he or she has a name and a backstory I just love them like family and wouldn't even sacrifice a single one of them to win the whole war... I rather just reload an old save and keep trying until I can make it through!

Lie to Me: Relationship Edition
I think I'm gonna switch it up a little bit and go with 2 lies 1 truth. So to make this clear we are looking for the TRUE fact not the FALSE one.

1.) I've had only 3 relationships that have lasted over a year.

2.) I have been in a committed relationship with 2 other people for almost 9.5 years now. I'm getting a bit tired of it so we'll see how much longer it lasts.

3.) I lost my virginity when I was 16.

In this edition we are looking for the TRUE fact not the LIE.

Since I'm always wrong, I guess I shouldn't participate much, but I have to get atleast one right 

I'm guessing the first one is true. The 2nd one is a bit hard to believe and the 3rd one could also be, but I say 1 is more of a truth.

It took me a while to get any right as well so don't feel too bad. I've only had 1 relationship over a year mainly because I've been in one for almost 10 years. I lost my virginity at 19 so that is a lie. The truth is I am in a 3-way relationship and it has lasted 9.5 years 10 in March, but we are more of best friends now then lovers, so maybe why I stay.

 

Lie to Me: Social Media Edition

I'll play normal this time so 2 truths 1 lie like normal.

 

1.) I do not have any form of social media active at the moment and haven't had any in at least 5 years.

 

2.) I have/had an account on Myspace and Facebook.

 

3.) I've created fake accounts on several different dating sites to see if I was being cheated on in the past.

I do not currently have an account on either of them but did have one on MySpace when it was popular and on Facebook when it was mainly a social networking site for college students. I do not currently have any form of social media so that is true. I have not created fake profiles on any dating sites to check up if I've been cheated on so that was the lie.

Lie to Me: Basic Info Edition
I'll make this one easier

1.) I am 30 years old

2.) My real name is Scarlet

3.) My birthday is in July

Lie to me: Sports Edition!

1.) I competed in swim meats when I was younger. If I keep at it maybe I would have been Olympic good but who knows, probably not.

2.) I was one of the 1st girls in my highschool to join the football (American) team.

3.) I have been in a bowling league before. Not saying I'm any good but it was for fun.
