As many have said we are encountering in-game support technical issues and I wanted to make some suggestions for support:
1) If HZ and BBE are not connected, please have 2 separate teams for supporting players and issues.
2) Please do not close tickets until they are resolved 100%. If you need specific information, it should be asked in the ticket, not ask the question and then close ticket. My biggest pet peeve is right after I submit a ticket, I get we can't find your account, please provide your user name, server and email address. The ticket is then closed. (maybe provide these questions on the ticket itself)
3) Remove the link "Provide feedback about the game, suggestions?" If you make a suggestion they close it and ask you to post in the forum.
4) "Complain about support"...... the team that answers the support tickets get these tickets. How can you complain about a particular support agent if they are going to answer this ticket too? This should really go to a higher person (supervisor) whatever.
5) When support can not fix an issue, they say "we have sent it to developers". The issue doesn't get resolved, please keep the player up-to-date with time lines or whatever to fix the issue. I had 5 tickets opened for the same issue because of this.
