where do i find the porn mags to read as I am at level 28 and have not seen anything in the time missions

Yeah, I'm lost with that one too. Can anyone help? Thanks in advance.
P.S. Maybe it's just how it's worded and is accomplished in missions. I'm not sure on this one.

they are in the first area (Telleville), but it may take a while for them to come up, so be patient...
