Who is the man in the picture in relation to the man looking at the picture?

In my opinion the only logical answer would be that he is looking at his own picture... He has no siblings and the man in the pic is his father's son... o.O

Okay so this is how the answer is determined:
This man's father, the man in the photograph's father, "Is my father's son". The man in the photograph is the son of someone who "is my father's son". The man holding the photograph has no brother's or sisters. His father's son is himself. He is the father of the man in the photograph. The man in the photograph is his son.
