Does the 2nd storage tab ever naturally unlock, or can it only be unlocked by 250 diamonds?

 

The reason I ask is because it isn't clear;
"This storage tab is not yet available to you" 
 

The wording would imply that the 2nd storage tab will eventually become available, but doesn't say when.  The wording should be clearer, either it's diamond unlock only, or an indication of when it will unlock. 

 

If it's diamond only I would get it, but I haven't so far because I would rather spend those diamonds elsewhere if I am close to unlocking it, since I don't know when that is I can't make a judgement as to justify the expenditure.

as far as i know its automatically unlock after u level up.

Yes, I think it was a level thing or something that I did in missions, I never used diamonds to get it.

Hmm, well I'm level 52 and haven't unlocked the 2nd tab of storage yet, what level does it unlock?

the 2nd storage tab will only be unlocked if you pay the 250 diamonds

I didn't pay in diamonds so I don't know how I got it. I thought it was through missions or successes.

All I can verify is that all 3 item pages and the 1st storage tab open without diamond expenditure before level 70...

That's what I have unlocked without diamonds so far, but still need clarification on the 2 storage tab. Some say it can be unlocked for free, and it's obvious that it can be unlocked with diamonds. But still don't know when it's unlocked for free.

I'm level 41 and I'm up to my third storage tab and I haven't used any diamonds.
