One of my goals is to get a tattoo, and it says it can be found in the "My Star' section, but I can't seem to figure out how/where. Hopefully someone here can help me. Thanks for your time if so.

I have the mobile version and the tattoo gun doesn't show up at all.

maybe you need to update your game? try to delete it and then install it again...
