How about a Studio Film feature that allows every studio member to participate together?
The Boss and / or Producers can set one up (paying with the studio notes / diamonds). Studio Members would then either have some time to sign up for the shoot by (much like how they can sign up for a studio fight now), or be able to "jump in" and contribute whenever they aren't actively working on a solo film.
It would function like a normal film but with more / bigger tasks to complete, but every participant is contributing to the totals.
Film settings / production aspects allowed would be determined by the producer or boss that started the film (like unlocking sets that need 5 prior films would be unlocked if the producer in question has already shot 5 films). All studio members can participate even if they might not normally meet the requirements for the production aspects in use.
Each contributing member could have a "scene" that generates an amount of fans like a normal film might and those totals could be added together for the grand total of the film that would show in the Studio's Film History. The "scene" entry would then show up in that member's film history and contribute its fan total to the performer in question. The fans generated per player could have a bonus compared to a normal film due to the big collaboration.
Item / Note / Diamond Rewards for participating similar to a normal film, but perhaps with more item options, or chances for special rare items, or perhaps a chance at past event items like holiday ribbon outfits. The studio could also recieve a matching reward in notes and/or diamonds (or freebie studio items like cakes or clones).
Allow the cover to feature the studio member that contributes the most (or whose scene gets the most fans), or have a group-shot with 3 members picked at random (or top 3) from the participants. When designing the cover the producer / boss would simply pick the layout with a placeholder figure that would be replaced with the film's biggest star at the close of production.
Limit to 1 studio film per week as it surely requires a great deal of coordination to put such an extravaganza together.
