A shout-box would be great. Not sure about a chat-box. I've already been hit on in messages within the game. I didn't have to report it. I dealt with it myself but if it got to the level of harassment then I would have reported it. I'm here to play and enjoy a game. (See my forum profile) I'm not a prude but if I wanted "adult action" there are chat places for that.
