Does anybody knows about Bar flirt master quest??? apparently i´ve done it once but i cant find it again... i dont know if it is because my level or something like that

its not because of anything its just a random mission, you can get it sometimes.

It will appear again, if there's a Success for it to be done. If that's the case, it'll show up in the same area on the map (zone) as the previous one. Hope this helps even a little.
