Hi. I'm new to the game and forum. Does anyone have tips or strategy for Carlos Coitus, the level 35 guy in Tellville who collects recomendations then hands out hourly whoopings? I'm still 1 level below him, so maybe I'm a bit impatient. I've been trying since he showed up for me at level 30 and so far have managed to get him down to about 20% health.

Sorry for double posting. I don't see an edit option.
As it turned out, I got him 1st try the next morning after spending a bunch of notes on skill points (Which I did after reading a few other posts n this forum) So...Thank you for the helpful input on the board here. 
LIke some games have the occasional gear check quest, this one I would call a stat check, i guess
