The new advertising is broken. I understand the original system; you offer the chance to reduce mission time by watching a video, thereby fullfilling some sponsor's advertising needs. When I clicked on the little icon a video would play for a minute or two and then my mission time would be halved. I got something and the game sponsors got something. But now I'm getting screwed by the little video icon. I click on it and instead of autoplaying a video, it links to a Youtube video with another start icon. I can click that and watch the video but when the video ends it just goes back to the same Youtube screen instead of back to the game. I'm not getting my 50% decrease in mission time even though I watched the stinking video. So now you might as well tell your sponsors to go **** off, because I'm not going to bother watching anymore of their damn advertising on your site.

You would need to submit a support ticket for this and provide screen shots if at all possible. :) Sorry that you are having issues with the videos. Please be careful with the language in the context you are using it in.

It doesn't even work on the uk1 or uk2 domains anymore.

It may not work for SOME on UK1 or UK2. Works fine for me.. Barito please be careful with your generalized comments about game issues especially when we have advised them to open a support ticket.

well it was fixed for a while, as of today, some people on some systems may notice some adverts are somewhat broken on some servers again though.

Hi, quick question related to this...

 

Do support tickets allow for more than one screenshot to be attached?    When I submitted the ticket my first attachment continued to show with no other attachments listed.

Sorry I had to edit your text color to see your question. Yes once you open a ticket you can go back to that ticket and add more screen shots or comments. Just click on ticket status and type in the ticket number you received in email and then add to it. ;)
