There are rules of conduct for players in this game. Quite rightly.
How does one go about reporting GROSS MISCONDUCT by a player?
I can not find any appropriate link to an appropriate administrator.

You should report any misconduct (breach of game rules, terms of service etc, like for instance multi-account suspicions) with as much details as possible, and also preferably screenshots if possible, where the date and time is visible (full screen). All these reports are to be sent by opening a ticket with Game support at http://support.bigbangempire.com/
All reports are btw confidential, so no one will know that one has been made or by whom.
