So I decided to come back to this game & I find a message from someone. They've applied for my studio, but I can't seem to find an option to let them in, all I can do is reply to their message, but not let them join & I can send a message asking them to join me, but I can't increase the studio member count. Can someone explain what's going on?

 your studio likely has no open slots left... you'll need to open a new slot...

 

on the studio page, click on the 'Facilities' + sign

and then follow the directions to add a slot to your studio

~~you may need to spend diamonds, if all note slots are currently in use...~~

if your studio is currently fully expanded, like ours is, you'll have to 'boot'

an inactive player, or set up a 'waiting list' in your studio notes to wait for

a current player to go inactive...

I have 10 open slots left, yet I can't accept anyone into my studio.

Have they deleted maybe? If not go to your studios information page and click on the studio icon with type on the name to send a manual invite. If that does not work then open a ticket please.
