Just give more detail on the ticket you had send. They need everything they want to hear so they are sure they give the account to the right person. They are working on it, but it can take a couple of weeks

Just put in another ticket. Either I never received the email with my ticket number the first time or my email deleted it on me. lol. So yeah provided all the info in both tickets so we shall see what happens.
