Put in a new ticket today....so I think I figured out the issue was that either I never received my ticket # email or my email deleted it on me lol! Hope everyone had a lovely weekend

Just give more detail on the ticket you had send. They need everything they want to hear so they are sure they give the account to the right person. They are working on it, but it can take a couple of weeks

Just put in another ticket. Either I never received the email with my ticket number the first time or my email deleted it on me. lol. So yeah provided all the info in both tickets so we shall see what happens.

- Facebook mentioned in title preferably, or in the ticket.
- Your character name
- Your server
- The email address that you wish to have used for logging in.
Also please make sure you mention you wish to unbind your account in the ticket!
