Were you on mobile or on the browser? Could it have been your network? If you feel it was an issue with the game that has continued I would open a support ticket. I do know that after the update I had some issues with it loading slowly but that corrected very quickly. If you're still having issues please do open a support ticket. :)

Yeah I am on a T1 connection - I don't think its my end :)

Will log support ticket but from my observations, there is no uniformity in the way

the various adverts load and some adverts don't load at all.

Some of the ads are regional but I am glad you're opening a ticket, The more information they can gather the faster they can correct an issue if there is one.:)

opening a ticket was a sad experience in suggesting it was my end - I expected it though.
Support for web based games is the same everywhere.
clear your cache, have you tried an update to flash, use a different browser, etc
Nothing against the support guys,
but I wonder if they ever are allowed to acknowledge it may be at the server end?

If they receive enough tickets about the same issue it will help them determine if there is a server issue. If anyone else is having this issue it would be very helpful if you opened a ticket as well.

I don't bother with those.... I don't think they run many ads this side of the world.... yet

even if it is in their server/programming, it never hurts to do what they are suggesting, and what benefit is there to the company by admitting that they are having trouble in their system?

you have to remember that the ads are provided by third parties, and that the trouble might be in their system instead of our dearly beloved company's servers...

also- discussion of the contents of a reply from support violates the TOS... if you were in the forum where I moderate, you'd be looking at, at the least, a 'verbal' warning...

Yeah I am aware of the rule - I did not include the response from my support ticket - more of a generalised summary of how support is handled in every game.
