I was not able to enter my advent calendar tor  a couple of days .   The message said "sign into your account "    but  getting out of account and back in did not fix the problem.     I wrote support a ticket and  BAM , very next morning (today) I got into my advent calendar no porblem with my  three nice rewards to make up for the days I could not get in .  WOW .   Thank you support team

and that is why its always best to message support with your individual issues rather than just post in the forums complaining lol ,they cant do anything unless you inform them :)

you had better luck than I did. I sent in a ticket but when I finally got in I could not redeem the days I missed. I informed them and they told me it was normal and nothing they could do. I let them know it was a known bug so they responded they were looking in to it and I never heard back.
