How come everytime I try to unlock a new code, it tells me to log in even though im already logged in?

iv been told some people are geting the red santa version of the x-mas event out fit all iv ever found was a hot elf hat are the parts you get random or somthing?

You can also get Christmas related items in the movies once you reach 100% completion.

how come everytime for the late 2 days i get this sorry,too late! this dvd is not available anymore so i lost 2 days of items wtf
