The boss of my studio has been inactive for a while. There are also two producers. We'd like to vote for a new boss. The question is, how many votes will be enough for a candidate to replace the current leader?
I know that if a studio is short on producers, only one vote is needed to replace the absent boss. What if there are more than one producer?

who ever has the most votes becomes the next boss, no matter how many producers. If only one person votes, that vote wins.

I'm sure that when I initiated a vote like this in a studio where several producers were present, I couldn't dismiss the boss with a single vote. I needed at least two votes. No one else voted besides me. I have no idea what it depends on.

Having done this myself, I can guarantee you, it only takes one vote.
