I've confirmed my account and set it up, logged in as required and when I click on the 1st DVD is says Error you must login. I click login it opens a new tab and allows me to login. Once done it opens advent calendar and i try again. Click on dvd 1 and it says same error and opens yet another tab. Repeated this to 15 windows with no correction.

 

I have cleared my browser history and cash and logged in completely again. 

 

Any help would be great.

Have you both submitted a ticket? Are you accessing the forum on mobile or on a computer? You may also need to check and made sure you have cookies enabled.

I am logged in before I visit advent calendar. Cookies are verified enabled. I have the same issue. 

I'm on Windows 8 on laptop. I won't be submitting a ticket. I'm sure many others have this problem and I am sure the developers will fix this soon.

I logged in using Facebook and I logged in Unbound, I get the same results as Kartomb for both log-ins.

I've tried both my computers at home running windows 10 and with edge and chrome. Also tried my laptop. Unbound and bound. All cookies verified on all my gear.

I have no issues with Hero Zero's Advent Calendar.  Same computer, same browser and same OS obviously.

I'm logged in.  As you can see I can post.  So I am not sure why it won't let me.

I am having same issue . If we can not get in to open space [2] for today , do we lose that day ? I would hate to lose out on rewards because we can't access the days space . I got yesterdays just fine but get error message every time I try [2] space .

 

 

Also having this problem.

 

What is a ticket?

A "Ticket" is a message directly to support group . You can send one by clicking on the same "gears" you clicked to get to forum then clicking on "support" . I will not be sending a ticket myself as I am sure they are overwhelmed with them at the moment . I hope this answers your question . :)

I am getting this problem as well. I verified my account, logged in, clicked and get Please Log In.. So I click and try again. Even tried logging all the way out and then logging back in.

 Just got code for day [3] but it looks like all of us that couldn't get in lost day [2]s code .  (angry)

 I really think this would have worked better with a daily code sent via message to active players . I hope support will send us all a code to make up for the one we all missed .  ;)

so yeah...it worked on the second..but its not working for the third...and i totally missed out on the first cause support does not contact in both good time nor good instructions 

 

so the ticket function really didnt help anything and its broke again

Same. Day 1 and 2 worked but Day 3 I keep getting "Error: Please login to the forum and try again."

You guys are not alone. I am getting the same login error today. The issue has been reported and it is being worked on but please keep submitting tickets. The more information they get the faster they can resolve it. :)

I lost out on 2nd's and now I cant get 3rd's. I dont know. I may just give up the calendar all together. :(
