Why do the devs throw so much experience at us?

 

First that PVP "reward" that gives experience like three days playing without collecting any notes. Then the update with experience point "rewards" in dickstarter tasks and daily bonuses scale with the character level, and now another full week special with double experience points for missions:

I do NOT like experience points. That is no "reward" but a big time handicap! Leveling up makes it only harder to pass party missions and requires to more frequenty replace the setup with new items and to spend an awful lot of money and diamonds to get the same epic refinements on them again.

 

It also ruins My 250 PR (skillpoints per level) target

 

I'm really trying hard to avoid experience "rewards" but the devs make it impossible. Please stop the high experience already!

Have to admit, was hoping for a few cents and entries from other people, see how people think about it, and what they would consider the "reason" behind it. I do however believe I know the answer to it.

 

As we all may know already, BBE is from PY, which is also behind HeroZero. Which is actually more or less their main game. Basically you may compare the games together quite a bit. 

 

The reason for the xp increases is, I believe, due to making BBE look a bit more like HZ. There are XP tournaments every week there, giving extra prizes. We don't have these tournaments, but they try to keep the scripts/additions as much equal as possible.

 

On a different note, it's too much, I agree. I'm leveling weeeeee-fast now. Not that I don't like it (after my sabbatical I have some catching up to do), but It's hard for me to keep up as well with the skillpoints. Also your post will be brought up on the reports of course.

i totally agree that there is way too much xp at the moment.

 

a litte fix for that might could be 

 

a selection between xp or notes for the pvp rewards!

or 

weekly changing rewards for the pvp (not only xp)

More Exp next temple ???  I hope not .. its about time we had Selling stuff or buying skill points
