We are aware the temple is not correct, sadly Playata has decided to change it without informing us. 

 

Until further notice, we will not be announcing next temple, as we want to be 100% sure what happened and what will be the next.

I hope you can figure this out as it makes it fair for everyone to be able to check the forums for updates and info on the game.   Otherwise, we are relying on third hand info from Russian servers etc. for some heads up and that's even more inaccurate or unfair to players without connections.

Brazil forum announce sell items 6/11-6/17 ... unless it get changed to Conventions again.

Well, it's fair enough since I changed on the last Convention temple already to permanently ignore any convention and just this Monday to not spend a single diamond anymore without informing them either.  

 

But the sad part is, there are still a few players who love their weekly diamond spending competition, so it's once again very lucrative for Playata and more skilled players retire from the game annoyed.

They just change it to silk sheets, ridiculous, now less energy to find those stupid sheets.

I'm so baffled right now.   As bad as the temple being changed to Cons, it had happened, we dealt with it, and moved on.   Now I am seeing silk sheets as the temple but our points from the Cons are there as well.   This is a massive screw-up.

 

I suggest a 1st Place Tie for EVERYONE and we can move on to next week.

What happens now? The points from the conventions will be added together with the points made from silk sheets and just continue the temple from there? If they are going to reset the points to make it only for silk sheets to count, they better refund/return the wasted diamonds lots of people spent in the convention shows. This is a massive mess up. We spent lots of money to the convention shows to get a good ranking position and this happens?

Well, there are some egoistic people now who don't think about helping others in their event. It's always better if they only do con temples when there is an event. So everyone can have a chance to finish the event if it contains completing a con. Otherwise they have to change every event with that task to just compete in x cons (as everyone hates cons anyways and don't really bother with it or they have to think of something else to make cons again interesting)

You can't fix a mistake with an bigger mistake. With the points differences, this TQ dont have sense anymore.

We are aware of the bug hitting the temple. This is all we know and we are working to ensure the bug won't happen again.

 

 

 

On a more funny note, who wants to guess  what temple we will get tomorrow?

I guess a reset, everyone 0 points and then a 5 days temple silk sheet

Definitely not a reset. It will make things worse if they reset it. Since its pretty much still the beginning of the temple with few more days left, I guess one solution could be to end the temple now and give all the studios their rewards based on all the points from conventions and few silk sheets they have made so far and just kickstart the new temple right away fresh.
If they plan to reset now, they better give back to all players the amount of diamonds they spent for conventions.

firstly I would like to say the situation is really funny. to change temples mid temple and the scoring systems aren't even near similar.but its only a game and looking at it that way its just silly.

just would like to reply re dparadises post earlier. I really get the fun aspect of this ...but I have to say lets be honest about this its not a bug.a bug means something has gone wrong in a program. this isn't the case lets be honest. it started off being a convention temple.someone at playata pressed buttons and made it a convention temple as this is the most profitable to playata,.enough people complained and the temple got changed.

just on a final note if I mess up in my job I appologise for a mistake I have made ,if I mess up in my studio I appologise for a mistake I have made. 

I would love to here from playata and addressing all players in all servers in big bang empire and saying sorry we messed up.

 

I will wait with baited breath

Surely if temple was changed, the points should have been reset, how can players keep points for a temple that's no longer running

Temples aren't chosen by 'pressing buttons', though that would be something nice, I'd steal that button to do a selling temple each week

 

Well, internally, we said: we had a convo temple on day 1, silk collection on day 2, perhaps we will get fight missions on day 3, collecting pandas on day 4, put in a sellng temple on day 5, of course a buying points on day 6... we just hadn't come up with a fun way to finish the week  

 

Yes, it's just a game, but... I know from experience, people get quite competitive (I am a competitive person myself). 

 

As to what has happened, something or someone caused a wrong temple to start, due to probable pressure from the players they changed it back, thinking that would solve the issue, forgetting it would bring new problems perhaps.

 

How it is going to be solved with the points, we don't know yet at this moment.

Sorry but how can no one still not know what’s going to happen? It’s so unprofessional and beyond ridiculous now. It’s been over 24 hours since this mishap happened. Paying customers being left in the dark. It’s unacceptable. 
 

People pay real money and invested time into these conventions for the temple. Some conventions for 1-2 hours. I know members of the studio I’m in sure didn’t waste time and diamonds just to end things in a tie with other studios. 12 of our members have put a lot of effort in and now we don’t even know what will happen. 

 

Why should studios who ranked in first place tie with studios who didn’t put in the same amount of time & diamonds aka money? So for example, a studio who only has ONE person in it and just got 10 points from ONE convention (compared to the hundreds or thousands of points others gained) should tie with a studio that ranked in first place? How is that fair??? Ridiculous and makes no sense. I can only guess that those who suggest a tie or whatever are from studios who weren’t ranking first. 

 

Either leave the temple as it is now with the points from those conventions continuing to be valid and the studios get their just rewards based on that, OR tie/reset the points BUT refund the diamonds people spent in those select temple conventions that counted towards temple points. People who put in an effort to be first in rankings should not be expected to be content with a tie without their diamonds spent in those select temple conventions being restored. Other studios should’ve tried harder at the conventions, some barely tried at all. They should not be given a free ride and the same reward compared to others who performed better. Period.
