At this moment there is a bug on the convention. Once you start a mission, you will end up in a refresh loop.

 

Playata is currently working on fixing this issue, however, at this time we are unable to provide a time frame for it being fixed. We sorry and thank you for your patience.

We do have a small workaround, if your account is already in an infinite loop, so you can un-bug your account:

 

1. Open your game in a browser, i.e. Google Chrome. 

2. At the end of the url, add /m (to go to the mobile version of the game), i.e. http://uk2.bigbangempire.com/m

3. Log in with your email/password

4. Open the game, and cancel the mission (or let it finish and collect)

5. Go back to your usual game and you can do your normal missions etc again

It has been announced by Playata, that a hotfix has been done, to fix the issue. All conventions should be working in good order now.

 

As for Android app players: Please update the app to the latest version, in order to be able to play bug-free as well.
