How do you see convo time on phone.... Like I keep missing it when I got no accurate time like on laptop version...

It looks like that's another bug. In the German forum they currently discuss this issue too. Best fill a support ticket, add your device, model and operating system there.
For all who can't see it, the next Conventions on UK2 are:
Today 4:00PM
Today 10:00PM
Tomorrow 7:30AM
All times in Eastern Daylight Time! current 11:29AM
UK is 4h ahead of us, rest of Europe 5h.
