game freeze again in party,grr   Do something about this. I can not play anymore

game is working a lot better today , but still the flashing so fast on missions and all needs to go back to old way we know they are going on , and the studio fights   wow way to  fast  slow down  so we can see what's going on .  o well they did fix a few things  .  have a nice day everyone

The game screen is so spaced out its causing trouble for me. and studio notification(i mean the flashing of the "your studio" icon) not working either.

Hmmm, so far there has been some notices that the buttons are a bit more localized. But that's it. 

 

Regarding the game screen, without more info, as CaptC asked (device, browser etc), I can't try and help much.

Jan, sorry to say, but this is the new BBE It's the 2.0  

 

Basically, the responsiveness has improved so much, to me it feels like we went from a pre-millennium game to a post-millennium game. Sure, some things go faster, but I myself don't have all day to look at a duel

the game seems to be basically unplayable through facebook as the game screen is to big 

and you cant click on anything such as duels studios missions etc

The screen is wider, yes. This is because they need room for the upcoming apartment features. If you are playing in a browser, you can scale your image to get everything to fit. Zoom out a little bit.

i do not watch duels i skip them but i like to watch studio fights  to mach up  each  fighter  with skills  this helps a lot  for  fights  , but  o well guess it is what it is  i'll get used to it .  just really fast now .

Most bugs are fixed meanwhile. But in attack history on defense, we still look all same. Duels seem to be a bit slower again but still wayyyyy too fast, geez . There is no rush, it's really hard to keep up to see what's going on. Slow it down or make a slow motion option available.

Same in studio fights.

 

View on screen is fine for me. Those who can't see everything, press CTRL and - keys until it's small enough.

The developers are aware that there are a host of cosmetic fixes that need to be made. They prioritized fixing bugs that locked people out of the game, and will get to the appearance issues as they can.

 

I know it has been a rough couple of days, but I think two things became clear. Support and Development do in fact listen and act on problems swiftly. I am told they dealt with over 1000 tickets the last two days. And they are asking for more! If you are still seeing things that need to be fixed, including minor cosmetic issues, please continue posting tickets!

I'm on fb, chrome, and I think I'm on UK2, but can't be sure, due to screen sizing issues that are driving me crazy(er). Cannot see much of the screen for things I need, yet a cartoon female is taking up a ton of room on the left of the gamescreen. Between screen size/display font problems, and the screen jumping around, it's very hard to play. Just adding my voice to the group and hoping the developers can fix this fast. Thank you for your attention.

Hi Mysteria, yes indeed you are on UK2, since I see you in the rankings there.

 

You could try if it helps to unlink your account from Facebook, having the app itself running does make things a lot better. You can find how to unlink your account HERE. 

 

I do know they fixed Social media and networks yesterday at a later stage, it could still be buggy a bit perhaps. Hence we would suggest to unlink if the issues persist.

iOS verison works again since yesterday, but its dont have the new dating feature. No girls, no mission rewards, no pictures from it, like the old version was restored.

Don’t forget that Diamond buying is offline for the mobile website. I bet this gets fixed fast
