Puffin is a very short term and largely unplayable mobile solution. Some reasonable solution for iOS mobile players is required

I quite agree, though for probably different reasons!

 

As an update it's a little straight male focused - these servers were always a lot more welcoming of diversity that the Nutaku site, which was hentai hetero-teen-boy heaven.

 

Let's have some guys and gals, and options, please?

I forgot to mention that I like the new crisper graphics, and the new ratio format - it works well for me. You can see that they are getting ready for the customisable apartment update - squeeeee! Sorry, got a bit fan-girl there!

I also can not do party. Unkown error, sorry something went wrong. I keep reloading but not working. Nice now i loss party ticket

I can also do no missions, no temple. game is freezed again in party.

Overall very nice update (and sort of needed).

Big thanks to the devs who made it happen (didn't even know I wanted it until I got it!).

 

On PC the graphics look crisper, and the game feels more responsive.

The animations and blur (DoF effect?) when a zone is loading are also very nice.

The mobile app is ways better than before, animations and responsiveness being spot on (but a bit harder to play on small screens - especially on the 4-4.5" phones).

The girls are nice I guess. Skill points are always appreciated  .

 

A bit of constructive feedback / bugs:

1. The studio notes and studio description are a bit weird: A big un-editable blob of dark grey at the bottom.

2. The video ads to half the waiting time for missions doesn't gray out on PCs anymore, and didn't show up nowhere in android app.

3. Couldn't find the switch for +10 SPs on android app.

4. Scrolling the ranking in the android app could use touch same as studio chat instead of those clunky arrows. Pretty much anything that can be scrolled would be better if it'd work same as chat scroll in the app.

 

PS: Yes there are some bugs (as others posted before me), but I haven't encountered them yet, so I'll let those who have talk about them.

PPS: I'll be THAT person, but I still can't wait for player housing. Love this update...but I know I'll love that one more even more!

When doing a party, at this point restrict yourself doing either Burning Bernies or Whiplash. Error loops have been reported on multiple servers for Flaming wheels. So it might be a good idea to pass on this party for the time being.

 

I have a party ticket and will try to do it Flaming Wheels right now just to see if I get the loop. If I do, I'll submit a ticket.

I just tried to do a party ticket in Flaming Wheels and the game crashes. Unable to get back into any missions at all.

Rineke, don't depend upon just entering something here. Post a ticket to support. They can fix the problem for individuals.

My understanding may be incorrect, but I think you and Rineke have more or less the same objective in mind. It's not different reasons, more like "from different starting points."

Can't login via android. I play through my phone. Every time I click on the app I am being redirected to the browser. I would have taken a ticket but it doesn't seem possible since I can't login. Its quite a mess.

If you cannot get to the crossed wrenches on your screen, for any reason, there is a support page available straight from any browser:

Set your language to determine which servers you can report against. The International Server is found under US English.

 

Click on the button to open a new ticket.

 

For best results, use the dropdown and your user name to identify yourself, but also include that identifying information in the first line of your text describing the problem. No matter what view the assigned support agent looks at, they will be able to see who you are.

 

Describe your issue thoroughly, answer the captcha, and then send off the report. You will be contacted via email if necessary to resolve the issue, and will also receive a notification when the status of the ticket changes.

I have to echo CaptC. It is very important to fill out a support ticket.

 

I was locked out of missions last night because of the Flaming Wheelz party. I also got stuck in the endless loop. I reported it to Support and this morning I checked my email and they had reset my game session.

 

So please, submit a ticket. It gives Support another example to provide the developers so that they can zero in on the problem and create a permanent fix and in the meantime, Support can reset the game for you.

 

There are always bound to be glitches after a major update. Please have patience.

Quite correct, CaptC! I was looking at it from the wrong angle - that's happens quite regularly

Hi Rune,

 

I've updated my phone yesterday. You need a new app version, called BBE_2.apk, for this you need to give the browser permission to download and install the app from outside the appstore. I've done so, and got the android app working perfectly right away last night.

For the people trying to go on their accounts through Facebook or Steam (or any other social network), please do the following (would have been part of faq):

 

 

Use a browser on a PC to get into your account through a social network or steam:

 

To disconnect your account from a social network, steam or app , you'll need to do the following:

 

Go to:

 

Settings -> Account

 

Choose the option " Unlink account "

 

Complete the required fields.

 

Afterwards you have unlinked, you can directly log into your server through browser (either pc or phone: xxx.bigbangempire.com, And through phone (android) you can get the new app.
