I have not had that particular problem, nor have I heard of it before. Please post a ticket to support.

Retired from the game. Not from life.

This is due to the newest update of Google Chrome. You should also have a landing page, where you have to submit to 'play now'. This issue is with Google Chrome (I didn't have it before the update).

Happy Holidays. Wishing you all a happy, healthy and amazing 2021!

Hi, this looks like a problem mentioned the french forum, https://forum.fr.big...ome/#entry28685which referred to a german hero zero forum post: https://forum.heroze...r-flash-player/
I am just copying and pasting from the above posts.

It is for those who received the new Google Chrome version (version 69.0.3497.92 (official build) (64-bit)) via the update. Flash plugin permissions are reset at the end of the browser session unless disabled.

set the following to disabled
chrome: // flags / # enable-ephemeral flash permission

step by step:

open a new Chrome tab and type chrome: // flags /
type "flash" in the search bar (at the very top)
find "ephemeral flash permissions"
set it to "disabled"
restart Chrome

Wow, nice going there Nicelee, thank you very much for this, very helpful and really works.

Would you mind if I share your post also on the US/NU1/INT1 forum? Nobody has asked about it there yet, but I have the feeling others there are maybe experiencing the same.

Happy Holidays. Wishing you all a happy, healthy and amazing 2021!

I don't mind at all, just passing on other people's help. Anyone is free to share whatever info I post onto the other forums.

It's how I found the info in the first place. :)
